If you are enrolled in an automatic delivery schedule, we strive to estimate your consumption and arrange deliveries accordingly. Nonetheless, no system is infallible, and we kindly request that you periodically monitor your tank level, particularly in anticipation of adverse weather conditions. Please inform us if your tank level falls below 30%. For those on a will-call arrangement, we ask that you provide at least one week's notice before you require propane. Our drivers have many deliveries to complete and follow planned routes. Advanced notice is especially important during inclement weather. Typically, we service each delivery area once a week, so providing a week's notice will help us ensure that you are scheduled for our next regular delivery day in your vicinity.
Severe weather conditions may lead to power outages. It is advisable to check the tank gauge supplying fuel to your standby generator and other propane-powered appliances prior to their necessity.
To guarantee safe propane delivery throughout the winter months, it is essential to maintain a clear path to your driveway and fuel tank, free from snow and ice. Additionally, marking the location of your fuel tank with a flag or pole, trimming any overhanging branches and bushes to facilitate truck access, and meticulously removing snow from appliance vents and chimneys with a broom—particularly for residents of mobile homes—are crucial steps to prevent equipment damage.
